The Fit Rehab team want to make the process of return to work easy. Our experienced staff use evidence based treatments to help people return to work safely and for it to be sustainable. Our passion is to help people achieve real results.
FIT Rehab Work related activity treatment programs reflect the physical requirements needed for normal duties and the functional needs of the individual. We make it specific to each and every injured worker. Our goal is always to ensure that the confidence that is lost following an injury is restored and that the return to work as well as the daily requirements of your life is achieved as smoothly and safely as possible.
We can assess the worker and tailor an individualized evidence based treatment program that will address their specific physical and psychosocial barriers and focus on achieving their return to work goals.
